Service Description

Breathwork is my favorite modality for healing, and awakening.  Couples Tantric Breathwork is such a gift for our relational evolution, these sessions are often life changing, enlightening and always very healing. Online Individual & Relationship Readings included as a prerequisite. In person 4 day retreat with daily sessions. Based in Sedona, a beautiful sacred and powerful healing vortex. Come for a long weekend with sessions daily you will still have time to hike or have curated supplementary sessions such as massage, sound healing and others. Or stay longer and explore the wondrous Red Rocks and your relationship, intimacy and connection. Sessions are as long as they need to be, as this is a transformational process, normally about 5+hrs. After the session, have no plans, to allow yourself to continue to expand and explore your newly expanded sense of self, your connection to your light body, and the divine truth of who you are, and the new space of togetherness that has been experienced. I work with couples, teaching them how to hold space like this for each other which is a powerful bonding process. I am able to give feedback, from the readings and these sessions as to where you are blocking each other out, where you are not connecting in optimal ways. Breathing is feeling, and being able to feel, and being witnessed feeling, is our most intimate and healing space of connection. Transformational Tantric Breath of Togetherness allows us to process without words, revive and reconnect with our energy/light bodies. The more deeply we connect within, the more deeply we can connect with each other.
